The OASFAA Leadership Program was initiated in 2002-03 as a way to recognize the talents inherent in our members, provide programming to enrich those talents, and build leadership and volunteerism within the Association, community and the workplace. Beginning with the Class of 2010, the program was named in honor of one of OASFAA’s past presidents, Don Chenelle.
OASFAA's Leadership Program runs in opposite years: odd years (ie. 2024-25) are planning years, even years (ie. 2025-26) are class years.
The Chenelle Leadership Committee is planning the 2025-26 leadership program. Recruitment for the next Leadership Class will begin in early 2025.
